Includes the furnishing of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete and satisfactory drilling, construction, and development of two (2) cased, overburden groundwater wells with stainless steel wire wrapped screens. Pumping Tests for the new production wells is covered under tender No. ENV2023-05, issued on September 1st 2023. The contractor may bid on one or both of the tenders. The Contractor shall provide, at all times, thoroughly experienced, competent, and Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation, and Parks licensed drillers and technicians during all operations at the drill site. The Contractor shall perform all the work in strict conformance with all laws, rules, regulations, and standards related to the construction of wells in the Province of Ontario.
