The full scope of work is prescribed in detail in the attached tender documents. Without limiting the specifics of these requirements, the work generally consists of: 

1 Provision of new above grade potable water storage reservoir.

2 Provision of new potable water filtration system and chemical feed system. 

3 Provision of new filter building to house new filtration and chemical feed systems. 

4 Provision of new buried watermain piping connecting the existing watermain piping to the new above grade reservoir and filter building. 

5 Site modifications to facilitate provision of new filter building and above grade reservoir. 

6 Modifications to existing water supply piping within existing reservoir building. 

7 Modifications to existing electrical equipment within existing reservoir building to power the new filter building. 

8 Completion of sanitary sewer upgrades serving the existing reservoir building and new filter building

The site for the drinking water supply system work is located at 1 Brennan Drive, Chesterville, Ontario. 

 The Contract Time will be from May 26, 2023 and shall have the works "Substantially Performed" by February 9, 2024.
